JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working within the Technical Department across the Arcade, the role involves:

• Dealing with front line technical issues for the customers.
• General machine repair.
• Machine refills and ticket replenishment.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining high levels of presentation in the area.
• Working as part of a team in a customer facing environment.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Passionate, confident, reliable individuals, who strive to go the extra mile whilst working as part of a successful team, and who can deliver the best in customer service. 
• A technical background is desirable for this role, but full training will be given.

CONTRACT:

Full Time.

Fixed-Term Contract.

RATES OF PAY:

18 - 20 Year Olds - £10.50 per hour 

21 And Over - £12 per hour
